Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Product

Shikhboi sells digital study notes (PDF files) that are delivered directly to you on WhatsApp after your payment is verified. Because this is a digital, non-returnable product, our refund policy works differently from physical goods.

2. General Policy

Once your notes (PDF) have been delivered to you on WhatsApp, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund, except in the specific cases listed below.

3. When a Refund May Be Given

We will review refund requests in cases such as:

• You accidentally paid twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
• You paid but did not receive your notes within a reasonable time, and we are unable to deliver them
• You paid for the wrong item and contacted us before the notes were delivered
• A genuine technical error on our side prevented delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of your payment, including:

• Your name and phone number used for the order
• Your bKash Transaction ID
• A short explanation of the issue

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be sent back to the same bKash number the payment was made from, usually within 3–5 business days of approval.
